About The Nexus Group
Originating in 1994, The Nexus Group has grown to become Tennessee’s largest locally owned and managed technology infrastructure management company.
Nexus has nearly 20,000 sq. ft. of data center co-location space in premier facilities in Nashville and Knoxville. Our data center facilities are certified to meet industry standards and compliance requirements and feature 24/7/365 power, cooling, connectivity and security with a 99.99% uptime guarantee.
Nexus’ home is a secure 19,000 square foot building within 5 miles of the Nashville International Airport that includes approximately 5,000 square feet of raised floor, redundant systems data center. The data center has multiple telecommunications fiber carriers that include AT&T, Level 3, XO, Charter, Comcast, CenturyLink, Gibson Electric, and Dyersburg Electric. This provides Nexus customers with a carrier neutral facility and access to one of the largest networks in the state of Tennessee.
The Nexus Group’s network backbone is critically important to customers who understand that data center physical security must be combined with network security in order to meet strict regulatory requirements (HIPAA, PHI, PCI, etc.) The Nexus Group is SOC2 certified and audited on a yearly basis.
Customers choose The Nexus Group for three primary reasons:
People: A long term relationship with technicians, engineers and customer support personnel provides a level of immediate, personal service rare to other providers.
