Data Center Services
The Nexus Group primary data center is located in Nashville, TN with a redundant data center facility in Knoxville, TN. When evaluating which data center to house their data, customers must pay special attention to the security and maintenance processes and procedures the provider adheres to.
Two Critical Components of Nexus Data Centers
Processes: All Nexus processes and procedures adhere to SSAE 16 (SOC II) certification levels and are audited on a yearly basis.
Discipline: All Nexus UPS, Battery Systems, HVAC, and Generators are under maintenance contracts with some of the most premier maintenance vendors in the region. With that, they are thoroughly tested and we would welcome the opportunity to share our testing results.
